We are collectively transforming in every now moment!
The more we are aware of and awake to the Truth that We Are All - Love.
The quicker we'll rise to our harmonic energy vibration.
Since I've decided to share most of my stored materials over the last 8+ years, I can clearly see how the waking up to my Inner Knowing and Truth has rapidly speeded up.
This moments I've captured January 2019 when the momentum of communicating with my Higher Self and Other Higher Beings speeded up so intensively, that I could hardly keep it up with the downloads and information I was receiving.
Anyway, as always I suggest to all of you Light workers, Truth bringers, Star seeds, Warriors and Earth Engels...Sisters and Brothers, keep adding and sharing your Love in Truth!
We are already in 5D and our Higher Selves are sending back our memories into the 3D to assist and help the ones who are on their ways to fully awake.

As we are living in uncertain and unpredictable times, one of the most important thing is to Know How to Be centered in What/Who We Are and even more important to Know How we can maintain that state of Being-ness.
Spiritual Hygiene is only one of the expression for taking care of our Soul's needs, being aware of our Thought process, being in control over our Emotional Body and Nourish our Physical Body intentionally and consciously.
Bringing it all together in alignment and equilibrium in such a challenging times, is not easy for anyone who can See, Sense and Feel the Shift we are going through Globally.
However, with our awareness , determination and deep Inner Will Power we are creating not only shift within ourselves , but in the World we live in.
Don't let Fear, Despair and Insecurities betray you and keep you stuck and hopeless! This is perfect timing for All of Us to stand Up, Rise Up and Take the full charge of What/Who We Truly Are.
The Spiritual battle is not over , the freedom is not fully gained yet. So, bring the Best version of yourselves forward and rise above the illusion They' are holding Us in.
Many awakened Souls and empowered brothers and sister are here to support, guide and inspire our awakening progress. So I kindly suggest to invest your time wisely and hear what our Spiritual Family have to share.
This morning I woke up with unusual sadness within my heart.
The thoughts started rising like a rushing river , I took the lap top and started writing ...from writing to finding the images of the moments in my life where I've felt exactly the same.
Short after, here is what comes out of it...simple visual expression of my early morning start.
Don’t hold back your tears,
They are like a bird in the cage of your Inner Child.
I remember every color of every flower, I remember the birds songs as I'm hiring them now, I remember the wind dancing with the river ...I re-member it All !
I'm having It All in my Heart's Eyes !
But more than anything I FEEL the same energetic pull that has never left me.
This very same feelings , broth to my heart so many peaceful and calming moments in my meditations that no words would be enough to express my gratefulness and appreciation for having the opportunity to physically re-connect to the field of Peace, Joy and Deep Love!
Thank you for being here, allowing me to share the sparks of my feelings with You.
This Is It - The Ultimate Lifetime Transformation is happening NOW!
Not only for me but for Us collectively, we are more and more aware of our freedom to choose what we're changing and claim back our power to co-create our Future/Now Self.
The changes we're seeking to see in the world starts with our deep, core transformation within. Every day we change whether we are aware of it or not. Taking full charge in responsibility for our actions and choices is the Must for our collective shift to happen.
No matter what our circumstances are, or how long we have been working on our personal change, healing and/or we are already on the path of being of service to others.
Our collective timeline is guiding us to make the change as we never did before.

To dive deepest we can, within our Hearts and eliminate all the judgment, blame, insecurities, self-doubt, fears ... and anything else that has prevented our full potential, To Be The Change!
On the 30th of August 2019, I woke up and said to myself :
And I did mean It.
To do so, I've dedicated a 44 Days of intensive care, healing, nourishment, exercises and leaving no thought under the vail of my past, leaving no fear in my heart.
Not the change that lasts till our next shake-up, a moment of weakness or external influence on our path. But The Change that is unshakable no matter what sacrifices we'll need to make or challenges we'll need to face - I speak of the change that is a Re-Birth and in alignment with our New/Re-invented Self.
That was it. After years if not decades of self-imposed mental games, victimhood mindsets, emotional pain, trauma healings, addiction to tobacco and all of the rest which I didn't know I needed to work on - it strikes me with such a powerful realization that I would righter Die than remain obedient to my past believes and habitual thinking.
It might sound easy ( for some even cliche), just because we have heard those words many times before.
Is not, is not easy at all to bitt and change habits we care within for years or decades as most of us did. Is not easy to transform engraved believes that we're running on for a lifetime or even more. Is not easy, but is much harder living in an open cage of our unsolved emotions, fears, and addictions.
By taking the courage to jump into the unknown territory of all possibilities, we are reclaiming and owning our Ultimate Creative Power to DO and BE The Best, Most Unique version of who we are.
I do believe, that the transformation on our individual core level ( if we are aware of its power and depth ) we are directly influencing the same transformation on our collective level. Which in fact, it is my inner calling to do more and to do it better - as having a good life for myself and my family is NOT enough and will never be.
No matter how small or big the change within our personal lives, the impact on the World at large is always much greater than we could ever fully understand.
Yet, with a courageous heart, compassion for self and others and Integrated will power to Be The Change - We Are co-creating collective paradigm shift on a global level.

Even though some of us are solo travelers through life, some are not in the position to have support from our families or friends. Still, we are not alone and we are as much supported if we open our eyes to see it and find the support we need.
For me its a collection of some of the greatest teachers and healers available for all of us on the internet. I have been my own mentor, coach, healer, therapist, a friend for the last 15 years.
We are truly Never Alone and we do have support from the entire world if are willing to look for it.

Energy Corner 3D Paintings are created to bring balance and energetic Flow in our spaces!
I've started this project 5 years ago and ever since this technique is one of the most wanted art pieces I've created so far.
During the creative process, my intention is to transform and illuminate dark and stale energy that is condensed in the corners of any space.
As the spiders build their safe' webs in the dark corners of the room, it comes to my understanding that those are the points where the energy get stuck' , not vibrating at the same frequency as it does in the rest of the space.
After in-depth research and experimenting with the channeled colors as well as observing the differences in the room before and after added Corner Paintings, I have found that the energy flow in the space is more fluid and uplifting.
Many of those paintings have been both by Artists itself, one of them is in the office of the Art School Principle and some of them
travel to Canada, Sweden, Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia....

Creative energies are part of who we are and if we get more awareness of its flow, we will be able to use it for our highest benefits.

Feeling as I dropped’ from somewhere
else because I have something of great importance to do.
What? What someone can do at this
time in the morning?
As soon as I ask myself the question, I grab my laptop and here is what I have written.
But before that, Now that I’ve read
the messages from my Higher Self, I will give this conversation a subtitle :
From To Do List to To Be List
I really need to say something to you Milena, even do you are always
Here when I call you this is going to be very different.
I know You are my
Future completely integrated, awaken and enlightened Self.
I know We are the
same essence of who I really Am.
Ok ok ... You Know, but what You think you know is not really what I
Know.
I know You!
You only get to Know Me as an Ultimate most evolved You!
But, there is
something’ that keeps us seemingly apart.
I believe is Our Past
Self, the memory of Me that I don’t like any longer as much as I did.
And is not that I
don’t like our past Self anymore, far from that!
She was one of the
greatest warriors I ever met and for that, I have great respect for Her. She
did all so many amazing things during the last half of a century( and the
thousands of previous lifetimes) that I
feel humbled looking at Her from where I am now.
Still, I feel there
is so much more for Us to do before we leave this vessel.

Why you asking when You know I Am, don't ask questions that bring your
past Self if you intend to communicate with me. In other words, Trust in the
writer’s hand that type this lines, It’s Me and You having a conversation
already – You just need to Trust.
Ok, Thank you for the
reminder. You see, this is exactly where I need your presence –Trusting you as
Trusting Me.
And it feels like a never-ending story that our past self doesn't want to let go of.
I was mothering Her
for so many years and she still has those moments when she behaves like a scared child that always has something to fear, to doubt, to brag about or to
analyze...I'm so tired of
Being a mother,
father, sister, brother...to her. As she keeps forgetting every time I teach
her something.
Please Loveritas,
tell me how I should deal with her from now on? What should I do for our Past
Self to find the peace Here and Now?
You know already as you did ask me so many times, but that’s ok this is
why I am always here with you and for you.
Yes, I know that the answers are in me already,
but that is the thing' that very same knowledge is in
You, in my Higher Self,
my Future integrated All of Who I am on every possible level.
Why I can’t be All
of it Now? Why I have to go to the future to Be You? Why is so easy to Be my
Past Self and so hard to be My Future Self?
You make me laugh with your questions, all though they are interesting
and of great value for you right now.
Milena, listen to me NOW.
Bring yourself completely at this moment, totally and undeniably Be
present, close your eyes for a moment and start breathing from your Heart.
Breath In Light, breath out Love, breath in Love breath out Light,
breath in The Light I am, breath out the Light you are, breath in the light You
are breath in the light I am....keep typing and breathing.
I’m distracted right
now, sorry...it happens often when I try to focus on something out of what my
past self knows already.
Not need to feel sorry' for anything, nor for who you think you are
right now.
Still, All of It is Us and even if is not the way you wish it is, still
The essence of You, your Past Self, your Self in Now, your Future Self as Me –
Your Higher Self.
We All exist at the same time in any parallel Universes, any
dimensions, and timelines, any perceived realities, any forms of who you think
you are, you were or you might be
Is It in NOW.
So you know that yes?
Yes, I know but as
soon as I finish typing our conversation, I'll probably forget most of what you
said.
The 3 things and is
the only Thing you will need to re-member Now are:
To re-program the mind from your Past Self-talking
machine to your Now Self.
As
you type, You are giving Your Self permission to re-write, re-shape, re-color,
re-program, re-design ... the Thought process you are so blindly attached to.
I
tried so many techniques and I’m still going in the circles, at least that how
I feel right now.
Please, don’t interrupt me, just listen and stay focused on the
information that comes through.
BTW, no you don't go in circles, you are always spiraling up. Sometimes
you slip into the downward spiral but you do spiraling up for Centuries on the
Earth plan.
2.Write permission to your Now Self,
literally and on the piece of paper, not on the electronic machines.
I am giving permission to my Now Self by this
TO BE LIST
*To Be
Lovingly and Gratefully FORGIVING to Past Self
*To Be
Sharp FOCUSED on Now Self
*To Be
AWARE of Who You Are as I AM.
That’s all you need to re-member, the rest of your questions and
concerns, troubled thoughts and any other repetitive behavior will be
illuminated by following on those 3 To Be List.
Your obsession with Doing-ness brings more of Need-iness. To Do Lists
in your modern world is an Ego driven desire that keeps you doing more, needing
more, wanting more, asking for more of anything has overwhelmed your Be-ing-ness!
Have you noticed that when you are FREE of the need to Do more has
liberated you from need-iness to have more, which is the way for you to BE
Aware and in alignment with Me-Your Higher Self?
Oh Yes, I do !! I experience
that liberation every time I create or I’m in Nature. But I want to Be in
this state in every given moment of my existence.
Loveritas is the One
who I know is waiting patiently to Be fully integrated in every moment on our 3d
time-space reality.
That wasn’t a question, is the re-minder for you to understand that You
do Know already the answers to the questions you have asked me.
So, let’s bring this conversation to a pivotal point.
You will
completely Be FREE of any further concerns about anything that has ever kept
you on the lower frequencies of existence, if you choose to Be YOU!
Do you need to ask anything else right now?
No, right now but if
I do later I will call on You.
Ha ha ha
By this statement you just contradicted all, I have said to you.
If you follow on the permissions I give you in ‘To Be List’, You
won’t need to call me – I Am going to Be present in your consciousness at all the time any time on any dimension and from any perspective, you would choose to
experience on your journey!!
Wowww.....that truly
makes sense now. So, I won't ask for you to Be in me, I will Be You/My Higher
Self in full awareness!
Right now, this moment
broth such a warm and loving feeling into my heart.
